Monthly Fee (Paid in Cycle)
The monthly fee is the monthly cost of the web hosting package. However, the account is not necessarily paid on a monthly basis. Please see Billing Cycle.

Billing Cycle
Because our web hosting packages are inexpensive we bill them in cycles. The cycles are not contract terms. You may cancel at anytime and receive a pro-rated refund. If you cancel within 30 days, you receive a full refund. If you are paying yearly at a discounted rate your refund will be minus the full discount given.

Billing Cycle Example
The Basic package is billed every 3 months. After your risk free trial, you will be asked to pay for 3 months ($6.95/month x 3 months = $20.85). You will be billed every three months after as your service continues. If you cancel after 2 months, you can receive one month as a refund.

Setup Fee
The setup fee is the one time cost of setting up the web hosting account. This fee is not refundable.

Storage Space
Storage space is calculated in MB. This is the amount of space you are allotted to store your web site files. E-mail accounts and MySQL databases to not take away from your account space.

Monthly Data Transfer
Data Transfer is the data that is sent to and from your web site. Your monthly data transfer is calculated in GB. Uploading files to your web site. via FTP and checking your e-mail do not take away from your monthly data transfer.

Free Trial
During the free trial, you will not be billed for the web hosting account. This is a risk free, no payment required free trial. We don't require you to submit any credit card information during this period.

Setup Time
Setup time is the time period from when you submit your order until it is setup. All our accounts are setup in 5 minutes or less unless there is an error or discrepancy in the order.
